  27. Checks should start mailing next month after time for appeals has ended. The case has NOT gone to appeal and will not since defendant agreed to terms.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Does anyone know when the appeal period will end? I don't understand why they are able to appeal when they came to a settlement on their own with the plaintiffs. Usually, appeals stem from the court or a jury ordering judgment, not by settlement.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Any word from the lawyers, have they gotten paid, seems like they would post something to this blog to give us some kind of confirmation on when checks will be cut!
