How to claim Sprint Surcharge Settlement?

Are you charged extra fees by Sprint Communication Company on wireless connection then file a claim on SprintSurchargeSettlement.com to get compensation under Sprint Surcharge Settlement.

Sprint, US’s most famous telecommunication company, has recently cheated their customers and collected certain monthly charges from individual customers. Do you get upset for paying extra charge every month? If so, then it’s really a good time to claim for it, because Plaintiffs filed class action lawsuit against Sprint Communications Company in Washington state court. The Class action complaints supposed that sprint illegally passed the B&O tax on to customers. If you are former and current sprint account holder and got this extra surcharge on any or all wireless lines of service from January 1, 2007 to October 8, 2013, then you could become eligible to get either cash or non-cash benefits from this case. This case is only for individual customer, so if you have government or a corporate account, then you will not get any benefit from this case.

  2. Wow I wish someone had notified me. I have been a Sprint customer since 2009. You'd think they would keep their customers in the loop.

  4. I cancelled back in April 2012 - and just found out today they put derogatory info on my credit report. I was under no contract, and when I cancelled, I was suspended, so I paid my balance in full, and cancelled. They said when I paid the balance it restored my account after talking with a rep who cancelled me, so the $66 they turned me in to a collection agency for is for a reconnect fee, and 1 month of service.after I cancelled, and they swear I owe this. I called them today, because I hope to take them to small claims court, and let a judge decide if that was ethical they did that. They never disclosed the fact I would be reconnected and have to pay a reconnect fee, and another month of service, of which I did not use... This kinda stuff makes me sick, and you can tell if there's a dollar to be made, even if it means scamming they will do it. Can you imagine if customers cancelling across the entire nation they did this too, it adds up to some serious cash for Sprint...

    1. I had a similar thing happen to me. I thought i was out of my contract and paid my last bill and then 4 months later find there is a collection on my credit report because they charged an early cancellation fee. they never sent me anything to say i owed this. they should have sent me something in the mail if they wanted to get paid or at least give me a chance to respond.
