Following are your options in lawsuit:

Submit a Claim Form:
In order to participate into the settlement, you must submit the claim form.

Exclude Yourself:
If you want to exclude yourself, then you must do the same before February 18, 2014. In case, if you don’t want include yourself then no settlement will be given to you. Object:

Do Nothing:
