There might be good benefits of wrong practice but they will not for long time. But this wrong practice may be very dangerous for the company’s reputation. A case comes in limelight, where it is appealed that CytoSport has mislead its products to with its false labeled. The case was filed stating that CytoSport has falsely labeled as “nutritional” and a healthy provider of sustained energy, but ingredients of the product include calories, fat, and sugar. CytoSport denies all the allegations but they are ready for the settlement with the amount of $1,000,000.
Those, who had made any purchase of Muscle Milk bars or Muscle Milk Ready-to-Drink beverages between July 18, 2007 and December 31, 2012, are eligible to avail settlement benefits. The final hearing of Court will appear on May 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
All those, who had purchased one or more Muscle Milk RTD or Bar products during July 18, 2007 and December 31, 2012, are eligible for $30.00 refund with a valid proof of purchase. All those consumers, who don’t have any proof of purchase are eligible for the refund up to $10 from the settlement.
How to file claim form?
There are two ways to submit the claim form. You can either submit the form online or a hard copy. In order to file submit form online, you need to visit www.CytoSportSettlement.com and apply through hard copy mail to Delacruz v. CytoSport, Inc., c/o GCG, P.O. Box 35069, Seattle, WA 98124-3508. The last date to apply is March 12, 2014.

Exclude yourself:
In order to opt out from settlement, you have to write to settlement administrator telling that you want to exclude. Your letter must be postmarked by March 12, 2014.
