Your options and rights:

Submit a Claim Form:

Exclude Yourself:

If you don’t want to get involved in the settlement, then you can exclude yourself from settlement by simply writing about your exclusion to Claims Administrator. The letter postmarked no later than February 28, 2014.

Object:

If you don’t like anything about the settlement and you have objection, then you simply letter the Court by writing a letter and explaining what you don’t like about the settlement. Your objection letter should be postmarked no later than February 28, 2014.

Go To a Hearing:

After objecting, you can go to Court and it will listen to your views before making final decision. However court will not pay for the expenses, you can come at your own expenses.

Do nothing:

Another option you have is do nothing. If you do nothing, then you won’t be able to avail the benefits of settlement.
