If the total of valid claims goes beyond the amount of money available to pay them, then each grant will be decreased on a pro-rata basis.

Now for receiving payment of settlement, claim forms must be fulfilled and submitted either online or postmarked. This should be done by no later than 80 days, once the Court enters the Judgment. I filed a claim for this, and have a claim number, but have never received any kind of payment as a result. Has anyone out there seen a check from this?
ReplyDeleteI called about this and actually got a call back. I guess the settlement that was made got rejected for some reason, and it went back to the court. The lawyers haven't bled enough of the money out of it yet probably. From what I understand, they initially said up to $15 but it is going to be way, way less than that.
