A settlement has been reached against Monsanto because the company improperly isolates its genetically modified soft white wheat to avoid contamination of the U.S. soft white wheat supply. Who is Eligible?
You are eligible, if you are an owner, operator, landlord, tenant, sharecropper, landowner, or an individual who either shared in the risk of producing a SWW crop or shared in the crop available for selling that was sold or priced for sale between 5/30/2013 and 11/30/2013 from a farm in Idaho, Oregon, or Washington.
If you did not make the initial, first sale of soft wheat white wheat, then you are not eligible to submit the claim form and to get benefits from this settlement.

Monsanto denies all liabilities in this GMO Wheat MDL, but has agreed to settle so as to avoid the uncertainty and cost of continued court proceedings and trials. In 2014, the defendants agreed to a 2.375 million class action settlement, $2.125 million of which will be used to establish a Soft White Wheat Settlement Fund.

Benefits of the Settlement
