Claim MyTechHelp Class Action Settlement on MyTechHelpSettlement.com to get benefits from the settlement.
MyTechHelp (MTH) has decided to end a class action lawsuit over false charges. The company will pay $750,000 as compensation to all the people who had a recurring charge initiated against their debit/bank card for MTH products or services between September 13, 2012 and September 13, 2013. Class members of the MyTechHelp Class Action Settlement are required to submit a Claim Form at MyTechHelpSettlement.com in order to get benefits from the Settlement. If you have already received a refund from the company or had the charge reversed by the bank, then you are not eligible for the benefits.
Plaintiff named Katie Owusu filed a class action lawsuit against MyTechHelp alleging that the company imposed recurring charges on debit/bank cards of customers without their permission. Thus, it violated the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA). The company refuses the claims but agreed to settle the lawsuit for avoiding the risk and expenses of the ongoing lawsuit.
Class members can submit the Claim Form with or without proof before January 23, 2015. There are two ways to submit the Claim Form: online and mail. Just, visit the official website of the settlement and follow the instructions to file the claim. If you want to submit the Claim Form via mail, then download & print the Claim Form and mail the completed form to:
