Bank of the West is the best bank I have ever had. All 3 branches I visit know me by name and are always courteous and kind. They do all they can to keep me happy. I recommend BOTW to all my friends. For me, any problem could be worked out with one call. In my opinion, lawyers line their pockets, where communication could solve the problem.
ReplyDeleteWell this is lovely. I just received word of this "settlement" today, 12/12/2014m but once I go to the website, it says I must have my entry in by 12/4/2014, LAST WEEK.
ReplyDeleteThey sent me a card in the mail after the due date to file a claim... Not fair.
ReplyDeleteOppss... Bad Luck for you.... Please email them and tell them about your problem to get solution....
DeleteI just received notice after due date this sucks...
ReplyDeleteBank of the West has been an excellent bank for all the years that I have been an account holder with them, which has been for 20 years. Lawyers are and have always been nothing more than a pain in the neck! They do no real justice for anyone but themselves!
ReplyDeletei got notified in plenty of time, but chose NOT to answer their online form. They were request TOO MUCH CONFIDENTIAL information from me, and THAT is not worth $25 or $50. SS#, bank acct#, DOB.... no FREAKING WAY was i giving anyone that data online
