How to file claim?
To file claim for getting refund from Newsvine website, visit UserEarningsClassAction.com and open “Submit Claim link” available on left side. This will bring you on form page. You just have to fill up claim form with all required detail. If you got a notice in the mail with your claim number, then provide the Claim Control number in form otherwise leave it blank. You do not need to enter your password. You have to submit claim form before October 29, 2014. It does not require any proof to file claim.
You can take a print out of claim form from the website and fill-up and complete the requested information, and send it to Newsvine Litigation, Settlement Administrator, c/o Heffler Claims Group, 1515 Market Street, Suite 1700, Phildelphia, PA 19102 before October 29, 2014.
Potential Award
The settlement amount will differ from Class Member to Class Member.
180 Day Period: If you accumulated revenues between July 4, 2012, and Dec. 31, 2012, (180 days period), and were an Active User of Newsvine or did not get revenue more than $10 from company, then you can get full payment of all unpaid earnings.
Outside of 180 Day Period: If you are active user and accrued more than $10 in unpaid User Earnings/Referral Earnings as of Dec. 31, 2012, then you will get 50 percent of the unpaid earnings.
Additional payment: If you are eligible Claimant, then you can get share of an additional $5,000 set aside by Newsvine as an estimate of User Earnings/Referral Earnings accrued by active user from Jan. 1, 2013, through Feb. 6, 2013.
