Missouri Drivers will get the refund of 20% on red light camera fine they have paid by enrolling in the American Traffic Solutions Red Light Camera Settlement.

Government has also placed various cameras to keep an eye on person who violate driving laws. But as everyone know that electronic equipments may have one or other kind of problem in their working, traffic red light cameras can also become a faulty at a one or other time.
Recently, ATS (American Traffic Solutions) has come across the class settlement for red light cameras placed on streets of Missouri. A Tempe based ATS has established red light cameras in more than 30 cities of Missouri and over whole country. The class action settlement has been good news for thousands of Missouri drivers who have paid fine for red light tickets from 2005 to present.
As per the claims of plaintiffs, ATS has over use cameras to enforce red light violations. Red light camera only recognizes car number and not person who drive it. So, mostly penalties are fined to owner of car and it might happen that every time owner may not drive his/her car which is the main allegation of this settlement. Other reason for plaintiff has given is that red light cameras have not placed for public safety initiative but for a revenue-generating mechanism.
ATS has been agreed to pay around 20 percent of the total traffic fine any driver have paid under this class action. Every Missouri driver who have paid fine for camera enforced red light violence since 2005 are only eligible to get 20% refund into the class action settlement. A total settlement refund is valued at around $16 billion. While class action settlement go through the final hearing procedure, Missouri people will get relief from the red light camera fine tickets. But do not forget that, other part of state are under the regular working with all traffic law and red light traffic camera.
All details of class action settlement has not revealed yet. State’s high court has not yet set a firm date for the hearing so, you must keep an eye on class action to get benefits of 20% refund on your fine value.
