All you need to know about Toyota RAV4 ECM Settlement

Learn how to claim for The Toyota RAV4 class action settlement on www.rav4ecmsettlement.com to receive warranty enhancement as well as a reimbursement for repair or replacement costs.

Toyota has reached a class action settlement over a charge that some 2001 - 2003 model year RAV4 are equipped with defective automatic transmissions. The plaintiffs alleged that these vehicles experience a “harsh shift condition”, under which the vehicle exhibits harshness in shifting operations while driving. Although Toyota has denied any wrongdoing, they have agreed to a settlement to resolve the issue. Under the settlement, Toyota will provide a warranty enhancement and reimbursement for repair/replacement costs to current as well as former RAV4 owners and lessees, who submit the valid claims.
