AAA Auto Club Lawsuit Settlement for Renewal of Policy

Members who renewed their membership with ACG or an ACG club during the time period between November 1, 2005 and November 13, 2013 can claim into the AAA Auto Club Lawsuit Settlement on KowaSettlement.com.

AAA Auto Club Lawsuit has finally reached a class action lawsuit settlement where it is alleged that the former and current members were denied from the full year of membership benefits even though they had paid full annual renewal fees. If you are a member of Auto Club Group’s who has renewed their membership with ACG or an ACG club during the time period between November 1, 2005 and November 13, 2013 are eligible to get benefit from this settlement. However ACG denies all allegations but agrees to settlement in order to save time and cost. The class members will get thirteen months of membership in place of twelve months after the first renewal.

Those are entitled to benefits who are the members of AAA Michigan, AAA Auto Club South, AAA Minnesota/Iowa, AAA Chicago, AAA East Tennessee, AAA North Dakota, AAA Nebraska, and AAA Wisconsin.
