You are eligible to make a claim, if you had purchased any Emergen-C product between June 1, 2006 and February 27, 2012 in the United States. Those who are eligible will get up to $18 - $36 from the settlement. However, you don’t need any proof of purchase for filing a claim. If you don’t have any proof of purchase of the product, you will be entitled for 75% of the average price. The total settlement amount is $6,450,000.00. In order to avail the compensation amount, you need to fill up and submit a claim form. The final hearing of the court will be held on April 2, 2014 at the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco.

To claim for the compensation amount, there are three ways. If you opt for online, you have to visit www.EmergenCRefund.com and fill up the claim form. Another way is by mailing the complete filled form to Emergen-C Settlement Administrator, PO Box 4655, Portland, OR 97208-4655. And the last option you have is by submitting a form via email at info@emergencrefund.com. The last date to file the claim is March 27, 2014.
