Farmers Insurance Settlement for Uninsured Motorist Coverage

  • 21st Century National Insurance Company
  • 21st Century North America Insurance Company
  • 21st Century Premier Insurance Company
  • Foremost Insurance Company Grand Rapids, Michigan
  • Foremost Property & Casualty Insurance Company
  • Foremost Signature Insurance Company
  • Maryland Casualty Company
Eligible class members will get their coverage limits altered from UM coverage limits to Equal Limits UM Coverage on Farmers policies issued, renewed or effective in eligible time. Farmers also agreed to appraise insurance claims for insureds that had accidents caused by uninsured or underinsured drivers between January 1, 1995 and applicable reformation ending date.
