JPMorgan Chase has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit that claimed that this financial and banking service provider failed to offer timely and proper permanent loan alterations after they completed trial period plans under certain programs. The claimants in the JPMorgan Chase mortgage modification lawsuit alleged that JPMorgan Chase was responsible for breach of contract, unfair trade practice, and other abuse of the law. However, JPMorgan Chase denied any wrong doing and argued that they have fully complied with the law. The final hearing of the case will be conducted on 7th May. 4) You have not obtained permanent loan modification eligibility decision since the beginning of your trail period exposed in your stated-income or you did get an eligibility choice rejecting the loan for permanent modification during or after your trial period described in your stated-income TPP.
5) Currently, you are not a nonpayer in insolvency actions.
What will you obtain after final approval?

If the claimants win the case, then they will get below benefits from Chase:
  • Get an opportunity for new loan modification applications on the basis of your current situations
  • Get paid counseling support from eligible, independent, nonprofit organizations to help you if you select to apply
  • Get foreclosure stays, in most situations to prevent foreclosure while you apply
  • Give up certain previously charged fees and costs if your new application is agreed, and you agree to a loan modification

  1. If chase put you thru all these things. Put you thru more then one trial modification. Sent letters of denial and you kept fighting and called james dimons office and had all this late money tagged on got unethical modification can you still benefit from this
