Any person, organization, municipality, corporation or other entity whether it is commercial or residential on which Gentek Steel Siding settlement is applicable during the time period of January 1, 1991 to March 15, 2013 can claim to get their refund. All eligible class members will receive number of benefits as described below:
- Enhanced warranty benefits.
- For the first 2 times on valid warranty claim, Gentek will offer to repair or replace the siding for free OR offer equal cash amount of repair or replacement procedure.
- If the face peels 3 rd times, then class member can select Gentek to refinish or replace the face or to receive a one-time $8,000 payment.
