How to claim Massage Envy Class Action Settlement?

Massage Envy Class Action Settlement
An agreement has been reached to settle a lawsuit against against Massage Envy Franchising LLC. According to the lawsuit, the expiration of monthly fifty minute member massages which weren't used before the termination of a membership represents an illegal business practice and violates the Massage Envy membership agreement. If you are an eligible Class Member of the Settlement, you may get benefits from this settlement.

The defendants, MEF denies all the allegations and the Court not make a decision that the Class Representatives were entitled to any recovery from the defendants. But both sides agreed to a settlement.

Who’s Eligible for Massage Envy Class Action Settlement?

You are eligible for the settlement in the following conditions:
• If you were a member of the Massage Envy spa at any time between Dec. 7, 2007 and Mar 6, 2008.
• If you had at least one unused 50-minute monthly massage when you cancelled your membership, did not renew your membership, or when your membership was terminated for nonpayment.

Submit a Reinstatement Request for Massage Envy Class Action Settlement

If you are eligible for the settlement, you may submit a Reinstatement Request to request reinstatement of your Unutilized Massages. There are two ways by which you may complete and submit a Reinstatement Request: Online and Email.

Benefits from the Settlement

Previous members who apply a request for reinstatement by the June 29 deadline will have one or more unutilized massages reinstated. The number of the massages to be restored depends on No. of unutilized massages the Former Member had at when the membership ended. One: 50-minute massage
Two: One 90-minute massage
Three: Two 50-minute massages
Four: Three 50-minute massages
Five: Three 50-minute massages
Six: Four 50-minute massages
Seven: Five 50-minute massages
Eight: Six 50-minute massages
Nine: Six 50-minute massages
Ten: Seven 50-minute massages
Eleven or more: 0.75 x Number of Unutilized Massages (Rounded Down to Nearest Whole Number)
