Nestle Purina PetCare Company and Waggin' Train, LLC have agreed to pay $586,000 to settle the lawsuit claiming they sold contaminated dog treats. The plaintiffs have alleged that Waggin’ Train and Canyon Creek Ranch branch dog treat products were imported from China or contained dangerous ingredients imported from China. These eventually have made numerous pets to fall ill and/or die. Although the defendants deny any wrongdoing, they have agreed to settle the case just to avoid the expense and time of ongoing litigation.
Note: If the total value of approved claims exceeds the Settlement Fund, your reimbursement amount will be reduced on pro-rata basis.

Who’s Eligible for Missouri Dog Treat Settlement?
Class members of the proposed settlement include all the pet owners residing in Missouri who bought Waggin’ Train or Canyon Creek Ranch brand dog treat product(s).Potential Award
All eligible class members may get up to 100% refund for their purchase of Waggin’ Train and Canyon Creek Ranch dog treat products.
