How to claim Alltel Early Termination Fee (ETF) Settlement?

File your claim at AlltelETFSettlement.com and you will receive $70 per line on which an ETF was paid under the Rosenow v. Alltel Settlement.
Rosenow v. Alltel Settlement

An agreement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Alltel Communications, LLC (collectively, “Alltel”). Peter Rosenow, a Class Representative in this settlement claims that Alltel improperly charged early termination fees to some customers in Arkansas. If you are a member of the Class you may claim benefits under the Settlement by completing and submitting the Claim Form before deadline.

The defendants, Alltel denies all allegations but has agreed to provide refunds to some of its customers under the terms of the class action settlement.

How to file a claim?

To file a claim, visit the settlement website allteletfsettlement.com. You will get a “File Claim” button at the top-right of the webpage. Click on the button or on the link to File a Claim. Login with your Claim ID and Access code. If you do not have a Claim ID and Access Code or you forgot them click on the link below the Log In form.

Who’s included?

You are eligible if you are an Arkansas resident who paid Alltel’s early termination fee from February 15, 2001 through November 10, 2014. Alltel’s employees, officers, directors and agents are excluded from the class action settlement.

The benefits you will get from the settlement are:

$70 per line on which a fee or penalty was paid between 2/15/2001 and 11/10/2014 by customers whose billing address was in the State of Arkansas.
