The Defendants i.e. Volkswagen denies the claims and sustains that the covered parts operates properly, but has agreed to settle this dispute and provide you the following reimbursement:
1) The Defendants i.e. Volkswagen has agreed to extend the Limited warranty of its New Vehicle to cover a period of 8 1/2 years or 100,000 miles from the delivery date of the owners’ vehicle. The company also agreed to refund Class Members for the repair or replacement of covered parts.
2) The Class members may also get a chance to claim reimbursement of up to $345 from the Jetta door defect settlement if you have earlier paid for repair or replacement of Covered Parts within 8 1/2 years or 100,000 miles.
